In the middle of May, 2016, Huayin Group received customer from Norway to visit our factory for more research of this waste tyre recycling to diesel oil project.

Norway customer takes notes above the pyrolysis plant

This client himself from Norway, but he works in the oil and gas business of Iran. He predicted the oil price will rise rapidly in the coming one year, so he is very confident for this business in both Norway and Iran. As Huayin factory owns demo running plant, the customer viewed the plant whole working process, from tyre feeding to oil collecting, he is very satisfied with our technology and equipment. This client also send our final oil SGS report to his engineer, once everything is ok, he will finalize his order for waste tyre pyrolysis plant, waste oil distillation plant and oil purification system.

We also learn from the customer that the MSW to energy project will be very profitable in Norway, the government will collect the municipal solid wastes, after cleaning and sorting, there will be large amounts of baled plastic. They did a feasibility analysis before invest this business, let’s see it:

1. During the process the collecting MSW, people will pay money for them.

2. The government will have financial subsidy for this environmental protection industry.

3. The final products from the tyre/plastic recycling plant can also add the profits.

The client considered to recycled the tyre/plastic wastes into diesel oil as the diesel oil price is vey high in Norway, nearly two times of China. As to the carbon black, they will mainly process it into color master batch and then sell it to plastic industry. The steel wire from tyre recycling can sold directly. 

During the Norway customer visiting Huayin factory, the tyre to diesel oil plant delivered to Bangladesh is also under loading in our factory, he is really so lucky to see the whole loading process, while, also very satisfied with Huayin workers’ service.
