On 20th, Sep. 2016, Australia customers visited Huayin waste tire pyrolysis oil factory.

This Australia customers has many large mine sites in Australia, so he wants to dispose the big OTR tires. This kind of big tires will cause difficulty in  transportation, while our integrated waste tire pyrolysis plant can solve the problem perfectly as it can be easily disassembled and installed.

The diameter of waste tires from our customer is 4.02m and the width is 4.02m, each of them weigh out 5.4ton. Thus we customize waste tire pyrolysis plant for him, it can disposes two OTR tires once that is 10.8 ton. The tires don’t need to be cut in advance, that will lower the cost and save much time. He was also interested in our turnkey project, it can be installed quickly.

The government was very support to this environmental friendly project there, so the customer can get the approval more easily. They handles the wastes tires and the government will give them money about USD$2.5 for normal car tire pieces, USD 10 for truck tire. The larger tire piece, the more expensive. Their raw material is totally free to get. So that customer wants to recycle normal car and truck tires in the future, and install the tire pyrolysis plants in other states, because of the high profit of tires disposal. He says this is a golden opportunity now that very few people start this business in Australia.
